My first buyer consultation with you is a planning conversation. You do not need to arrive with perfect credit, a final neighborhood choice, or a spreadsheet organized by color. If you have one, I’ll happily take a look.
I usually begin with why you want to buy, your ideal timing, preferred areas, home needs, and concerns. It helps to separate essentials from preferences. Bedrooms, accessibility, commute limits, property type, and monthly comfort may be essential. Finishes, yard size, or an extra room may be flexible.
If you plan to use a loan, a qualified lender can explain loan programs, estimated payments, cash requirements, and documentation. I can help you prepare questions and connect that conversation to the home search, while financing guidance comes from your lender.
The consultation can also cover search setup, tours, representation, offers, contingencies, inspections, appraisal, closing, and possession. This is the right time to discuss communication and how quickly decisions may need to happen once the search begins.
Bring whatever information you already have: a rough timeline, preferred areas, lender contact, or a list of questions. If you have none of those yet, bring the questions. My goal is to help you leave with clear next steps and a pace that feels right to you.
