Information collected

When you submit a form, the website may collect your name, email, phone, inquiry type, timeline, preferred areas, approximate price range, property address, message, requested resource, referral source, and information about the page or campaign that led to the submission. Limited technical and traffic information may also be collected through the platform’s platform analytics.

How information is used

• Respond to your inquiry and provide a requested resource.
• Organize follow up and prepare for a consultation.
• Improve website content, performance, and security.
• Prevent spam and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations.

Website database and customer relationship system

Submitted information is stored in the website’s database before any external synchronization attempt. It may be synchronized with Follow Up Boss, the customer relationship system used to manage inquiries. If that service is temporarily unavailable or not yet configured, the website keeps the inquiry available for manual follow up.

Communications

Submitting a form allows me to respond to that inquiry. Any separate communication consent option is voluntary and is not preselected. You may ask to stop nonessential communications at any time.

Security and retention

Administrative and technical safeguards are designed to protect submitted information. No internet system can guarantee absolute security. Lead information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here or as required by applicable law and brokerage obligations.

To limit form abuse, the website temporarily stores a hash that cannot be reversed derived from the connection address. Records older than two days are purged during later valid form processing; without later form traffic, they may remain longer. The original address is not stored in that table used to limit repeated requests.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.
